“Time is of essence” is what I told architect Millan last December when I needed a remodeling job at our restaurant. I have to admit I was nervous at first because I had never worked with him before. I knew the challenge the job represented, basically a one month job had to be done in 10 days, and not only that, I was going to be away on vacation totally unable to supervise. After a terrific break, one day prior to re-opening I walked into the restaurant and could not believe what I saw, not only was the remodeling job remarkably finished, Roberto had taken the extra mile to go to Tonala to buy matching hanging lamps for our new “palapa” extension. Kudos to Roberto!
